Father hides his daughter for 24 years

This week, a nearly incredible crime was discovered in Austria. A man has hidden his daughter in the cellar of his house for 24 years, abusing her regularly and even fathering some children by incest. Neither the neighbourhood nor his own wife want to have noticed anything of what was going on in the rooms downstairs:

I think the guy needs a good beating,he's obviously sick in the head.He doesnt need help he needs to be put in a jail with guys who lost there kids.He's sick...And how does the mother not know anything,I would want to know where my daughter is after 20years, come on.
